My primary goal as a teacher is to share my love for music with my students. By engaging students in a fun and stimulating way, I aim to provide a supportive and challenging environment for learning. I enjoy helping students gain a sense of confidence and achievement from learning their instrument.

An experienced teacher and chamber music coach for students of all ages and levels, Stephanie Fong has served on the faculty of numerous prestigious institutions and festivals, including Center Stage Strings, Peaks to Plains Suzuki Institute, San Francisco Conservatory Prep Division, Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the University of Michigan.

Stephanie Fong enjoys a versatile career as an orchestral musician, music educator, and chamber musician. In addition to regular appearances with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and San Francisco Symphony, Stephanie has performed as a member of the Boston-based Mistral, the Alianza String Quartet, the Phoenix String Quartet, and was a top-prize winner at the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition with the Kailas String Quartet. She has also performed at a number of festivals including the Skaneateles Festival, Monadnock Festival, Rockport Festival, Aspen Music School and Festival, Tanglewood Music Festival, and Yellow Barn Music School and Festival.
