Biography
A veteran of the operatic stage, Austin has performed in works including The Marriage of Figaro (Figaro), Rigoletto (Sparafucile), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Theseus), Albert Herring (Budd), Don Pasquale (Don Pasquale), and many more. He has performed with companies across the country, including with Boston Summer Opera, Boston Conservatory Opera, the Bar Harbor Music Festival, Bay View Music Festival, Painted Sky Opera, Taos Opera Institute, and the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival. Austin is also experienced in musical theatre, having performed in works such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Bonnie and Clyde, Footloose, The Wedding Singer, and The Hunters and the Hunted.
Austin performs year-round with the Old North Church Chamber Chorus, and has previously performed with the Boston Conservatory Conductor’s Choir and Oklahoma City University Chamber Choir.
