Music Therapy Philosophy
Adrienne practices client-centered, music-centered music therapy. Music therapy sessions are driven by individual clients’ goals, wishes, and strengths. She uses instrument improvisation, familiar songs, music composition, movement to music, and discussion to address goals. Adrienne believes that music is an integral part of the relationships that are formed in music therapy, and that music therapy provides an environment where people work toward their wellness goals.
