Biography
Casey Marsh has been a Board-certified Music Therapist practicing in the Greater Boston area since 2019. While pursuing her master’s degree, she completed year-long internships with Goddard House Assisted Living in Brookline and the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown. After graduating, she worked for four years providing in-home music therapy through Care Dimensions Pediatric Palliative and Hospice program. Casey has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including infants, children, and teens with a variety of developmental, emotional, and physical needs, and adults with dementia and age-related illnesses. She has experience working in educational, home-health, and residential facility settings.
Casey’s musical background includes studies in Opera, Sacred music, Folk, and Bluegrass styles. For four years, Casey performed children’s concerts and co-taught music classes in the Connecticut area with children’s songwriter Eleanor Robinson. Casey is dedicated to the growth of the expressive therapies field and stays actively involved as a presenter and supervising students at educational conferences. She is delighted to join the faculty of Brookline Music School.
